The Spartan Race is the most famous obstacle course in the world, where you can come across wooden bridges, soapy slides, ropes, stones, mud put on purpose to make the path harder and at the same time more fun.

Every time an obstacle is overcome the pride grows reaching the end of the race tired but full of enthusiasm.

The Spartan described so may seem like a race for a few athletes but in reality it is built to be open to all, just a little determination and good athletic preparation.
